Glitch 7 Fragrances are formulated and packaged by hand and freshly bottled per order, therefore orders can take up to two weeks to process. This is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however, due to the current state of the world, please factor in shipping delays.
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched, due to health-safety concerns. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
